The farm holiday
The farm "A Pittara" lies on a terrace looking on to the sea, at 180 meters above sea-level. It is not far from the seaside (3.200 m.) and close to Tropea (10 km).
The farm extends for 100.000 sqm of land with a luxuriant olive grove and a flourishing vineyard.
The farm is set in an ideal position to explore the countryside and enjoy the unique panoramas of some of the most beautiful Calabrian beaches: Pizzuta, Tonnara, S’ Irene. It is also possible to enjoy the delightful view of Tropea from the farm, with the Eolie islands in the background.

But not only beautiful landscapes!
You can also go sightseeing in the old town centre of Tropea, with its Cathedral, some old portals, and the Church of S. Maria dell'isola, which is built on a small isle.
Moreover, you can reach some other interesting places, which are not far from the farm: you can go on day trips to Serra S. Bruno with its “Certosa” and to Reggio Calabria, where you can visit the museum where the extraordinary “Bronzi di Riace” (bronze statues) are exhibited.
They offers typical Calabrian food, prepared with extra vergine olive oil, the well-known Tropea onions, the original Spilinga 'nduja (a typical spreadable spicy salami) local liquers and preserves.
The structure of the farm is very simple.
In the main building, which used to be a wine cellar and has been totally and tastefully restored, you can find the restaurant and four bedrooms, all on the ground floor, three of them with a porch.
Not far from the main building are two comfortable apartments, which once used to function as a pigsty and a stable and have been carefully restored.Biological company I.M.C certifyd .

“Deputato” Apartment
A comfortable apartment with panoramic view which has a living room with a corner kitchen unit, a double sofa bed and a TV;a room with mezzanine floor which has a doble bed on the lower level and a shower-room, two single beds on the upper level. The 50 sq.m. veranda has a barbecue.
“La Vite” Room

How to get to Zambrone
Highway Salerno-Reggio Calabria exit S. Onofrio according to Vibo Valentia-Mesiano-Spilinga-Ricadi-San-Nicolò-Tropea Santa Domenica, or exit at Pizzo Calabro, coast to Tropea-Capo Vaticano.
Express trains direct route to Lamezia Terme, then local trains Zambrone
