The Residence

The residence has been entirely renovated in 2009, the rooms are elegant and exclusive. It is situated at III and IV floor of a building whose historical signals date back to the XII century, being the residence of the noble family Zinnato, which originated the current name of the building.

The residence has 10 elegant and comfortable rooms with bathroom, telephone and satellite TV. Some rooms have a magnificent view on Tropea Cathedral and surrounding hills, and are equipped with most modern services.

There are 5 rooms classified as "Junior Suites". On the porch, above Tropea's roofs, it is possible to enjoy the sun in complete relax, and to taste an abundant breakfast absorbed in the romantic atmosphere of one of the most beautiful Italian regions: Calabria

Highway Salerno-Reggio Calabria exit S. Onofrio according to Vibo Valentia-Mesiano-Spilinga-Ricadi-San-Nicolò-Tropea Santa Domenica, or exit at Pizzo Calabro, coast to Tropea-Capo Vaticano.

Express trains direct route to Lamezia Terme, then local trains to Ricadi and Tropea

• by plane:

Airport of Lamezia Terme or airport of Reggio Calabria.
