The residence’s surroundings are refined and exclusive and at the same time they keep a warm family atmosphere. The Residence is on three floors, on the first floor there are three Suites, on the second floor, there are three Junior Suites and on the third floor there is a small terrace which can be used by our guests and where an elaborate breakfast is served and you can also spend your free time relaxing, admiring and gazing at a 360° panorama that includes the coast, the impressing rooftops of the historical centre of Tropea and the hill.

Rooms and Services

The Suites and the Junior Suites offer the pleasure of an exclusive comfort, immersed in the tranquility of a unique place.
They have the most modern technology such as TV Lcd Ready, Sky Vision Gold and Sky Pay TV (Satellite). But they also have laptops and internet connection “Adsl” that is free.
The management is run personally by the owners Roberto and Rossella, who take a lot of care into making their guests feel at home and at the same time have a perfect quality in service.

The Terrace

Enjoy breakfast, drink a good glass of wine in the evening, spend your free time admiring and contemplating a beautiful view which includes the coast, the hill and the rooftops of the historical centre.
The terrace of “Residenza il Barone” will be one of the most exciting experiences of your stay in Tropea.

Highway Salerno-Reggio Calabria exit S. Onofrio according to Vibo Valentia-Mesiano-Spilinga-Ricadi-San-Nicolò-Tropea Santa Domenica, or exit at Pizzo Calabro, coast to Tropea-Capo Vaticano.

Express trains direct route to Lamezia Terme, then local trains to Ricadi and Tropea

• by plane:

Airport of Lamezia Terme or airport of Reggio Calabria.
